PRESS RELEASE AUGUST 12, 1999 CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF MTG HC Ejemyr, the Executive Vice President of Modern Times Group MTG AB, will from August 15 leave the job as coordinator for ViaSat Broacasting Sweden. He is succeed by the CEO of ZTV, Michael Porseryd. ViaSat Broadcasting consists of MTGs free and pay-TV activities in Sweden. Michael Porseryd and the Managing Director for TV3 Sweden, Petter Nylander, will be part of the Executive Board of ViaSat Broadcasting Ltd in London. HC Ecemyr will participate in the Supervisory Board of ViaSat Broadcasting and in the Programming Advisory Board of TV3 Sweden. In the business area Publishing, Managing Director Robert Braunerhielm, have left Metro and MTG Publishing. He succeeds as Managing Director for Metro Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö) by Peter Ahlberg. He is former Director for Metro Gothenburg and Vice Managing Director for Tidnings AB Metro.
