Petra Österlund, MTG Executive Vice President of Modern People, has decided to leave MTG. Her current responsibilities will be shared amongst other Group senior executives while MTG conducts an ongoing search for a new Group Executive Vice President of Human Resources.

Petra Österlund joined MTG as a management trainee in 2002 and then became Product Manager for MTG’s pay-TV operations in Eastern Europe and the Viasat DTH satellite pay-TV platform in the Baltics in 2003. She took on the role of Head of Administration in 2005 before being promoted in 2012 to Executive Vice President of Modern People.  Thank you Petra for your dedication and professionalism over the past 12 years, and for the contribution you have made to the evolution of MTG as we have changed shape and substantially expanded our product offerings and overall stakeholder engagement. The route from trainee to membership of the senior executive management group shows what is possible at MTG for talented and hardworking team players. We wish you every continued success in your new ventures.

Jørgen Madsen Lindemann, MTG President and CEO
