Bondholders meeting approves change of issuer to NENT Group

Modern Times Group MTG AB (publ) (“MTG”) today announces that it has received approval from the holders of its bonds with ISIN SE0009163462, with an outstanding amount of SEK 500,000,000 with maturity 2020 (the “Bonds”), to change the issuer of the Bonds from MTG to Nordic Entertainment Group AB (“NENT Group”) and in connection therewith change the terms and conditions of the Bonds, as defined in the notice to the meeting (https://www.mtg.com/press-releases/mtg-solicits-approval-from-holders-of-its-bonds/).

The solicitation procedure is a part of the process of MTG distributing all of the shares in NENT Group to MTG’s shareholders. The bondholders approved the changes at a meeting held on 15 February 2019 at Swedbank AB (publ), Malmskillnadsgatan 23, Stockholm, Sweden, where more than 90 per cent of the authorized votes voted for the proposal to change the issuer of the Bonds.
