When it was acquired by MTG announced December 8, it became the third material standalone investment in a gaming company made by the company, and the first made through MTG’s new GamingCo.
Hutch was founded out of the shared frustration the founders had, from working in big game development factories. That is what brought them together with the intent to create a better studio.
The company’s top three titles are F1® Manager, Top Drives, and Rebel Racing, all in early growth phase with large future growth potential. Additionally Hutch holds a diversified game portfolio of a total of 13 games and world-class IP licenses with some of the biggest names in the business, including Formula 1, McLaren, Mercedes, BMW, Ford and General Motors.
