SEK 900 MILLION REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY COMPLETE Deutsche Bank AG London and Merita Nordbanken have successfully closed syndication of the SEK 900 million revolving credit facility (RCF) for Modern Times Group MTG AB, a leading international media group. The facility will be used to finance the conversion of its satellite TV network to from analog to digital, for working capital purposes, and to refinance existing debt. "This is important for the operations of MTG, especially our current conversion from analog to digital television. It gives us a more flexible financing for the group as a whole" says Hans-Holger Albrecht, President and CEO of MTG. The facility was oversubscribed, with commitments of SEK 1 billion raised.
