MTG RADIO CONTINUES TO GROW Modern Times Group MTG AB, the international media group, today announced that MTG Radio's stations have continued to increase their share of listening. According to the most recent quarterly survey by Swedish research company RUAB, RIX FM has increased its reach by close to 5% since the same period last year. The launch of Lugna Favoriter in Gothenburg has been successful and the station remains the largest in Stockholm. RIX FM is the only national radio network in Sweden that has increased its reach in RUAB's latest survey. The station now reaches 755,000 listeners. The RIX MorronZoo morning show is still the most popular commercial radio morning show by far, and it has narrowed the gap to the public service channel P3's morning show. Lugna Favoriter was launched in Gothenburg at the beginning of the year and has already attracted an audience of 59,000 listeners. Lugna Favoriter remains Stockholm's most popular station and now reaches 152,000 listeners, more than the public service channel P3. Power Hit Radio has maintained its position as Stockholm's second largest station with 125,000 listeners, and has increased its lead over its competitors.
