Change in number of votes

MTG today announced that the number of MTG Class A shares has decreased by 40 Class A shares and the number of MTG Class B shares has increased by the same number, following reclassification by a shareholder. The total number of votes therefore decreased from 112,713,661 to 112,713,301 during March 2018.

The total number of issued MTG shares remains 67,647,124. The total share capital is unchanged at SEK 338,235,620.

Following the reclassification of Class A shares into Class B shares, the number of Class A shares has decreased from 5,007,393 to 5,007,353. The number of Class B shares has increased from 61,774,731 to 61,979,771 following the reclassification of Class A shares into Class B shares and as 205,000 Class C shares held by MTG have been reclassified to Class B shares. MTG holds 261,875 Class B shares and all 660.000 Class C shares in treasury.

Each Class A share carries ten votes and each Class B and Class C share carries one vote each. The total number of votes, excluding the shares held by MTG, is 111,791,426.

The reclassification was recorded in March 2018.
