STOCKHOLM — Modern Times Group MTG AB (publ) (“MTG”) has published its Annual Report and Corporate Responsibility Report for 2021.

The group’s Annual and Corporate Responsibility reports are published as a single, integrated document and are available in both English and Swedish on MTG’s homepage. Shareholders or other interested parties can order a printed copy by sending an e-mail with their full name and address to simon.eliasson@mtg.com. The email should also specify what language version you would prefer to receive.

The Swedish version of MTG’s Annual and Corporate Sustainability report 2022 is also available on the group’s website in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).
