The Board of MTG has resolved to move MTG’s 2022 Annual General Meeting from May 24, 2022 to June 8, 2022. Additionally, in order for the 2022 Annual General Meeting to be conducted in a manner that limits the risk of spreading Covid-19, the Board has decided that the Annual General Meeting should be conducted only through postal voting in accordance with temporary legislation. The Annual General Meeting will be convened no later than four weeks prior to the new date.
