- DRG to distribute ‘Veni Vidi Vici’ worldwide

MTG Studios is on a journey to become the Nordic region’s leading producer of original content, and has over 50 projects in the pipeline. The global distribution deal for ‘Veni Vidi Vici’ follows MTG Studios’ global distribution deal for ‘Swedish Dicks’, the first Nordic title to be distributed worldwide by Lionsgate.

‘Veni Vidi Vici’ explores the drastic consequences of struggling Danish film director Karstan Daugaard’s decision to take a job in the adult entertainment industry. The 10-part series stars top Nordic talents Thomas Bo Larsen, Rafael Edholm and Livia Millhagen, together with Canadian actor Michael Wincott.
The 2017 MIPDrama Screenings, held 2 April, offered the international drama community an exclusive look at some of the most exciting upcoming series. ‘Veni Vidi Vici’ was one of 12 nominations for this year’s official selection.
