Digital Producer

As the Digital Producer, you will liaise with clients and internal teams to help devise and deliver digital strategies that will support and promote our campaigns.

You will be fully involved in the whole life cycle of a campaign, consistently bringing to the table new ideas and knowledge from a digital and social media perspective.

You will develop research through social listening and online engagement, which will enable you to execute and promote interesting, award winning and thought provoking content across a variety of social media platforms, as well as MTG’s established digital and linear channels.

With your extensive freelance network you will help bring to life yours and the rest of the creative team’s digital marketing assets.

You will have a strong focus on engaging with online communities and carry out on-going research online in order to then present your findings.

List of Duties: 

  • Act as a digital social media ambassador throughout the department and with key clients.
  • Be the department’s source of insight and analysis across all social media platforms: twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
  • Keep up to date with trends and events especially in the Scandinavian market in order to maximise impact of digital content.
  • Work with the Senior Producers and Creative Producers on all MTG Creative 360 campaigns from briefing to creation of materials.
  • Liaising with the creative team and clients over how best to implement the campaign strategy
  • Monitoring, measuring and reviewing social media activity, identifying successful activity to maximise engagement.
  • Collating research findings and presenting to internal teams including the creative and marketing teams.
  • Managing the campaigns on a day-to-day level and constantly working to optimise them in order to hit KPIs.
  • Produce to set budgets and turn around projects to meet deadlines, sometimes at short notice.
  • Keep up to date with trends within popular culture and marketing in order to maximise impact of all promotional material on all platforms.


  • Demonstrable experience in implementing creative digital and social media strategies for a range of media platforms.
  • Have a thirst for knowledge, be super resourceful and have very strong research skills.
  • Excellent creative skills as well as a wide network of freelance digital talent that you can bring to help realise our teams’ creative ideas.
  • Experience with analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics.
  • You will have a proficient understanding of SEO and PPC techniques and tools e.g., Google AdWords.
  • You will have an understanding of digital media technologies (preferably VOD) including video formats, encoding standards and tools, automated quality control tools.
  • Able to conceptualise and pitch the end product
  • Good communication & people skills combined with a sense of humour and fun!

  • Experience working within the advertising or/and TV/Film industry with demonstrable experience in On Air Promotions.
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Premier or Final Cut Pro, as well as MS Office would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is essential and Scandinavian language is not essential but desirable.
