• Conduct Thorough Site Survey’s & Walk-Thru’s of Candidate & Existing Sites
• Prepare documents for Zoning & Building Permits
• Negotiate new leases with existing & new Landlords for Clients

• Will work with local & jurisdictional ordinaces to attain proper permits to proceed
• May have to present to local ordanances and governments for possible site candidates
